Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ali Sabet ("we," "us," or "our"), operator of The Sabet Blueprint at sabetblueprint.com (the "Service"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit our website, purchase the Blueprint, or use the members area. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Legal Bases (EEA/UK visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information on these legal bases: performance of a contract (to give you the access you purchased), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), consent (for advertising cookies/pixels, where required), and legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through your Meta ad preferences, the DAA, and the NAI opt-out tools. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with the service providers we rely on to run the Service, and as described below:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. Note that our use of advertising cookies/pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain laws, such as California's CPRA — see Section 9 for how to opt out.

6. Data Retention

Because the Blueprint is sold as lifetime access, we retain your email for as long as you have access to the Service, plus any period required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. You can request deletion as described in Section 9 (note that deleting your email will end your access).

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. These countries may have different data-protection laws than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

EEA/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority. California residents may exercise the CCPA/CPRA rights above, including to opt out of sale/sharing. To exercise any right, or to opt out, contact us using Section 12; we will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
